Patriots vs. Giants 2015 picks and predictions: New England expected to get revenge

Surprise: the undefeated Patriots are favored against the Giants in Week 10.

The New England Patriots are one of the three remaining undefeated teams, but they're set to play a team with a history of beating them in that situation on Sunday. The New York Giants, who have beaten the Patriots the last three times they played, will play host to the Patriots in Week 10 and it should be a good game.

Two of those three Giants wins were Super Bowl victories, the first notably coming at the end of an undefeated regular season by the Patriots. It's safe to say that Tom Brady and Eli Manning have a little history, even if the larger focus over the years has been on Brady against Eli's brother, Peyton Manning.

On Sunday, it will once again be a red-hot Patriots team and a Giants team that is only just starting to put things together. New York is 5-4 on the season, which is good enough to be on top of the poor NFC East. But the Philadelphia Eagles are just one game back of them, and both Washington and the Dallas Cowboys are in on it as well.

New York is coming off a dominant win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which itself came after a disappointing loss against the New Orleans Saints. The Giants have already lost one game to each of the Cowboys and Eagles this season. The division lead is anything but safe. The Patriots are essentially guaranteed a division title, and the schedule isn't difficult from here. The Giants actually rank as one of their toughest remaining opponents.

As far as expert picks are concerned, there is actually someone out there who thinks the Patriots will suffer their first loss. Will Brinson of CBS Sports is picking the Giants to win, while their other seven experts are going with the safe Patriots pick. It’s a similar spread at ESPN, where of the 13 experts, one of them is going with the Giants to win it.

Here at SB Nation, you’ll find no brave souls going with the Giants. All six of the experts were joined by the OddsShark computer in picking the Patriots to win it.
