Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marqise Lee is officially active for the team’s Week 10 game against the Baltimore Ravens, the team announced. Lee is making his return from a hamstring injury that took him out for multiple weeks.
Marqise Lee makes long-awaited return for Jaguars
Lee missed several weeks with a hamstring injury, but is back in the lineup for the Jaguars.

Lee hasn’t played since hurting his hamstring in Week 3, although he’s been dealing with the injury for far longer than that. The second-year receiver missed so much time in training camp that offensive coordinator Greg Olson dubbed him the “albino tiger,” referencing the fact that he was so rarely spotted in practice.
Lee’s NFL career has had a rocky start so far. Once considered one of the best receiver prospects in the country, Lee dealt with several injuries in his final year at USC that dropped him to the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft. His injury problems followed him to Jacksonville -- Lee missed three games in his rookie year and a total of six games this season. He has 40 catches for 462 yards and a touchdown in 15 games.
With so few reps in Olson’s new offense, Lee has fallen down the depth chart. Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns are entrenched as the starters, while Bryan Walters served as the No. 3 guy -- a role that could be filled by Lee, who has way more upside despite his injuries.
Still only 23 years old, Lee has plenty of time to salvage his NFL career. He just needs to stay on the field first.
