The NFL will honor the victims of the recent Paris attacks in France with a moment of silence before kickoff of every game in Week 10, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
NFL to honor victims of Paris attacks with moment of silence before every game
French flags are expected to be displayed on the videoboards of every NFL stadium in Week 10.

Each kickoff will be pushed back a few minutes to honor France and, during a moment of silence, the French flag will be displayed on the video boards in each stadium. The flag may also be added by color guards during the pregame national anthem ceremony.
Individual teams and players have reportedly been given some liberty to honor the victims of the Paris attacks in their own way, as well, and Rapoport said on NFL Network that he doesn’t expect players to be fined for honoring France. On Saturday night, the New Orleans Saints, who play a road game in Washington on Sunday, paid tribute to the victims of the Paris attacks:

— New Orleans Saints (@Saints) November 15, 2015 The NFL announced on Saturday that there will be increased security measures at stadiums this weekend, with additional personnel and more law enforcement inside and outside each game. The increased security comes after a string of terrorist attacks in Paris, including a bombing outside the stadium of a soccer game between France and Germany.
According to the Wall Street Journal, a bomber attempted to enter the soccer stadium but was turned away after a security check at the gate. The attacks reportedly killed at least 129 in Paris and left more than 300 wounded. The latest updates on the attacks in France can be found on Vox.
