Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills get the next chance to try to stop the New England Patriots on Monday night, but it won't be easy.

The Bills will take a second shot at ending New England’s perfect season.
The Bills gave New England a decent test at home in Week 2, only losing 40-32, but the Patriots’ defense has gotten much better over the last two months. Obviously, the first thing Buffalo will have to do is stop the Patriots’ passing game.
Brady won't have Julian Edelman, who is out with a broken foot, but Danny Amendola and Brandon LaFell have stepped up at wide receiver, and he always has Rob Gronkowski available at tight end. Scott Chandler is a decent possession receiver as a second tight end, so Brady will not be short of weapons against the Buffalo defense. He has lost Dion Lewis, who was a receiving threat out of the backfield, but LeGarrette Blount is available should the Patriots actually need to run the ball.
Blount might actually get some work Monday night, as the Bills are just 18th in the league in run defense. They have also allowed 17 passing touchdowns, so don’t expect Brady to have a quiet game, either.
On offense, Tyrod Taylor has done a nice job moving the ball, hitting 70.5 percent of his passes for a respectable 11.6 yards a catch, and Sammy Watkins and tight end Charles Clay give him two big targets. The key to Buffalo's offense, though, is a running game led by LeSean McCoy and Karlos Williams. McCoy is averaging 4.7 yards per carry as the No. 1 back, but Williams has 6.2 yards a rush and five touchdowns at No. 2. Add in Taylor's 35 yards per game, and it becomes obvious why the Bills are second in the league in rushing yards.
