Raiders vs. Titans 2015 picks and predictions: Oakland favored on the road

The Oakland Raiders are in the midst of a three-game losing streak, but are still favored over an embattled Tennessee Titans team. After starting the season strong, the Raiders have fallen on tough times and are looking to change their fortunes with a road win.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has shown glimpses of promise this season, but not the past few weeks. His production fell flat against a tough Lions secondary last week, limiting wideout Amari Cooper to just 4 yards -- the first time this season Cooper had less than 40 yards in a game.

Oakland's defense has also struggled, allowing an average 28.7 points the past three games. The Raiders need to work on the pass rush to limit the need for the secondary to come up big -- which they haven't. Khalil Mack has impressed, recording eight solo tackles in Week 11, and David Amerson had four passes defended.

Despite an iffy offense, the Titans' defense under Dick LeBeau has greatly improved throughout the season. The defense has recorded at least four sacks in three consecutive games and a total of 31 sacks on the season, tied for second most in the league.
