Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams left Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs with a shoulder injury. Williams took a hit to his left arm and walked off the field holding the shoulder, clearly in pain. He eventually went to the locker room, and the Bills announced his return as questionable. He was then downgraded to out and did not return to the game.
Bills RB Karlos Williams injures shoulder vs. Chiefs
Williams sustained a shoulder injury in the second quarter against the Chiefs.

Prior to the injury, Williams had two carries for 5 yards. Williams, a rookie taken in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft, is a big part of Buffalo’s offense behind starter LeSean McCoy. On the season, he has 64 carries for 371 yards, a 5.8 yards per carry average. He also has five touchdowns on the ground.
He’s caught six passes for 72 yards and two touchdowns. His game is similar to McCoy’s, and that allows the Bills to mix him in more than they would a traditional backup. McCoy has also sustained multiple injuries himself this season, and the Bills need all the help they can get from Williams.
