Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck isn't expected to be out for much longer, and team owner Jim Irsay thinks he'll be back in time to battle the Houston Texans in Week 15, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Andrew Luck expected to return vs. Texans in Week 15
Luck will likely be back for a crucial AFC South matchup against the Texans in Week 15.

The Colts have done just fine without Luck, winning all four games that Matt Hasselbeck had to start in relief, but there's really no question whether the team will stick with Hasselbeck once Luck is ready to return. Despite his 74.9 passer rating and 2-5 record as a starter in 2015, the team belongs to Luck.
Luck, 26, dealt with a shoulder injury earlier in the season that caused him to miss two games before a lacerated kidney, among other injuries, sent him to the sideline again. In seven starts, Luck has 15 touchdown passes and 12 interceptions, while Hasselbeck has seven touchdowns and two interceptions in his absence.
The Colts have already ruled Luck out for Week 13 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he isn't expected to return against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 14 either. The team is currently tied with the Texans for the AFC South at 6-5, so the Week 15 duel could be the deciding factor in the divisional race. The Colts have a streak of 16 consecutive wins over AFC South opponents that dates back to 2012.
If Luck isn’t ready to return that week, Irsay believes that he’ll be back for a Week 16 game against the Miami Dolphins at the latest.
