Super Bowl 2015 MVP: Tom Brady wins for the 3rd time

Tom Brady was named the 2015 Super Bowl MVP after passing for 328 yards and four touchdowns against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night. The New England Patriots had to overcome a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter, aided by two Brady interceptions. Brady came alive late to once again solidify his legacy as one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.

Brady's touchdown pass to Danny Amendola in the fourth quarter gave him the most career Super Bowl touchdown passes in NFL history, passing Joe Montana. He hit Julian Edelman in the end zone with 2:02 left in the game to give that Patriots the lead for good. Brady also set a Super Bowl record for completions, connecting on 37 passes.

Brady's MVP award gives him the same number as Montana, making them the only two men in NFL history to win three Super Bowl MVP awards. At 37 years old, Brady is running out of time to win a fourth, but on Sunday he showed no indication that his age is impacting his game. He made poor decisions on his two picks, but he also went 37-of-50 passing for a cool 74 percent completion rate. Brady also threw four touchdown passes to four different players -- Brandon LaFell, Rob Gronkowski, Danny Amendola and Julian Edelman -- becoming the only player to ever accomplish the feat.
