The NFL released the complete offseason workout programs for all 32 teams on Thursday afternoon. The schedules include dates for each squad's official voluntary workouts, along with the three-day mandatory minicamps for veterans. According to the league, these programs are intended to "provide training, teaching and physical conditioning for players."

The league has released the dates for the offseason workouts of all 32 teams. We’ve got the complete schedule, plus an explainer on what is allowed and not allowed during each phase of the program.


Per the collective bargaining agreement, the nine-week programs are conducted in three phases:
- Phase One: The first two weeks of the program. Activities are limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation. No coaches can be involved except for designated strength and conditioning coaches. No footballs are permitted to be used except if quarterbacks want to throw to wide receivers, who must not be covered.
- Phase Two: The next three weeks of the program. Players can take part in on-field workouts, which can include individual instruction and drills from coaches. Teams can practice plays, but no live contact is allowed, nor are drills that pit offensive and defensive players against each other. Helmets also cannot be worn during this part of the program.
- Phase Three: The final four weeks of the workouts. Teams may conduct 10 days of organized team activities or “OTAs” during this phase. No live contact is permitted, but team practice is allowed via 7-on-7, 9-on-9 and 11-on-11 drills. Special teams drills are also allowed at this time. Players can wear helmets during this phase, but no shells. In addition, the veteran minicamp must be held during this third phase.
