The Tennessee Titans will host the St. Louis Rams Sunday night in their preseason home opener, and all eyes will once again be on rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota.
Rams vs. Titans, NFL preseason 2015: Time, TV schedule and live stream
Marcus Mariota will take the field for his second career game after a mixed preseason debut, and the Rams hope that Tuesday’s brawl against the Cowboys doesn’t have any lingering affects.

The No. 2 overall pick threw his first interception of the summer in last week's game against the Atlanta Falcons, though he completed 7 of 8 passes for 94 yards. One of the knocks on Mariota's game when he was at Oregon was his lack of pocket presence, which is why it will be fascinating to see how he fares against arguably the best defensive line in football. The Titans would also like to see more production from their running backs. Tennessee only averaged 1.9 yards per carry against Atlanta.
The Rams are also breaking in a new quarterback, as Nick Foles went 3 of 5 for 69 yards passing in two series in St. Louis' 18-3 loss to the Oakland Raiders last week. It has been a tumultuous few days for the Rams after several players engaged in a melee against the Dallas Cowboys in a joint practice Tuesday. Cornerback Imoan Claiborne socked a helmet-less Dez Bryant in the jaw, and the practice ended shortly thereafter.
Rams head coach Jeff Fisher will aim to keep his troops under control when he returns to his old stomping grounds Sunday night, and will also look to sort out his hobbled offensive line. Veteran left guard Rodger Saffold left Friday's contest against the Raiders after suffering a shoulder injury, and his absence would be a big blow to the inexperienced unit. Staffold has played in 63 game over the last five seasons.
