NFL picks and predictions 2015: Colts vs. Bills
The Bills are looking to find a rhythm when they face their first test against Andrew Luck and the Colts.
Preseasons don't really matter, and early performances are hard to predict, but both teams are loaded with talent on both sides of the ball. This will be the first time wide receiver Andre Johnson, running back Frank Gore, guard Todd Herremans and linebacker Trent Cole will be sporting Colts uniforms during the regular season, and the Bills are welcoming rusher LeSean McCoy, wideout Percy Harvin and quarterback Tyrod Taylor.
In addition to the new players, Rex Ryan will make his Buffalo head coaching debut against a comfortable Andrew Luck-Chuck Pagano duo. Among the series of offseason roster moves, Ryan named Taylor, who spent the past four years in Baltimore, as the starter. The Bills are loaded with talent, but with so many new players and schemes, time will tell if they will be able to be build an efficient offense.
The Colts have won the last seven of eight meetings with the Bills, but the CBS Sports team is split down the middle over this matchup.
The SB Nation team is also divided on this game’s outcome, with the slight majority favoring the Colts. The questions ahead of the season for both teams, combined with the talented rosters, prevent one team from standing out in Week 1.
