Experts are split, but a small majority are taking the Vikings to bounce back from a Week 1 loss and beat the Lions in Week 2.
A slight majority of experts are taking the Vikings to make up for an opening week loss to the San Francisco 49ers, which was a poor showing for Teddy Bridgewater. After a strong finish to the 2014 season, including a touchdown pass in 10 straight games, Bridgewater finished Week 1 with 231 passing yards, one interception and no touchdowns in a Monday Night Football game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Matt Stafford and the Lions were much more successful offensively against the San Diego Chargers, but struggled to score in the second half and allowed 30 unanswered points to blow a 21-3 lead and lose, 33-28.
Over at CBS Sports, five of the eight panelists are taking the Vikings to bounce back with a win with only John Breech, Dave Richard and Jamey Eisenberg taking the Lions.
The majority SB Nation’s team is siding with Minnesota, as well. Five of the seven experts are taking the Vikings to beat the Lions, with the OddsShark computer joining Danny Kelly and PFT Commenter in siding with Detroit.
