The best quarterback in the NFC East through the first two weeks of the season may actually be Kirk Cousins with Tony Romo now out of action, but the slight majority of experts still believe it will be the New York Giants that come away with a win on Thursday night.
Washington vs. Giants 2015 picks and predictions: Experts taking New York to get in the win column
The Giants haven’t yet earned a win, but seven of the experts on SB Nation’s eight-man panel are going with the home team to win on Thursday night.

Cousins led Washington to a 24-10 victory over the St. Louis Rams, completing 23 of 27 passes for 203 yards and a touchdown. His 110.3 passer rating was one of the highest in the NFL for Week 2 and rookie running back Matt Jones racked up 123 rushing yards and two touchdowns on only 19 carries.
A similar offensive performance from Washington could spell trouble for the Giants, who allowed the second-most yards in the NFL through the first two weeks. Still, both of New York’s losses in the first two weeks came after blowing double-digit leads in the fourth quarter against a pair of teams that are undefeated through Week 2.
Since 2006, the Giants are 14-4 against Washington and carry a four-game winning streak against them into a home game at MetLife Stadium.
Over at CBS Sports, the experts are split down the middle with four picking each side. SB Nation’s team breaks that tie, with all but one of the eight pickers siding with the Giants. Only Ryan Van Bibber is taking the road team to improve to 2-1.
