Alex Smith survived 4 sacks and his own lineman to complete a perfect pass

Alex Smith may be boring, but he’ll still dunk on you if you give him the chance.

People have been calling Alex Smith “boring” throughout his NFL career. Despite some decent numbers with the Chiefs, he is a labeled a game manager who can’t make plays deep downfield. And maybe those people are right to a large extent, but that kind of talk can eat away at a man.

Sometimes, he just snaps.

Smith had to avoid four sacks AND his own teammate to get this pass off, then he threw a beauty to veteran Jason Avant, who made a great grab.
