Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle Russell Okung left the team's Divisional round playoff game against the Carolina Panthers with a left shoulder injury on Sunday. Okung went down hard after a Russell Wilson interception and was eventually taken to the locker room.
Russell Wilson’s day gets even worse after losing LT Russell Okung
Okung left the game in the first half, but the Seahawks were already down multiple touchdowns.

Okung has done a good job of protecting Wilson for much of this season. Without him, Wilson’s day could get even worse. The quarterback had just thrown his second interception of the game when Okung went down. Shortly after Okung left, Wilson took his first sack of the game for a loss of 10 yards.
At the time Okung left the game, Wilson had completed two of four passes for 32 yards. The Seahawks were tied for sixth in the league with 46 sacks allowed this season. The Panthers ranked sixth in the league in total sacks this year with 44 over the course of the regular season.
With the Seahawks down multiple touchdowns at the time of Okung's injury, things could get a whole lot worse. Okung's return was announced as doubtful. He was replaced by Alvin Bailey.
