The Super Bowl is typically the most expensive ticket in sports, and this year is no different. Now that we know which teams are playing in Santa Clara, it will be interesting to see how the ticket prices fluctuate over the next two weeks.
Super Bowl 2016 tickets: Prices start in $3,300-3,800 range for upper-level seats
As usual, Super Bowl tickets will not come cheap this year.

The Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos are set to face off after winning the conference championship games. Denver held off the New England Patriots in a 20-18 nail-biter, while Carolina destroyed the Arizona Cardinals, 49-15.
As usual, your best bet at “affordable” tickets is in the upper deck. Currently, StubHub lists its lowest-priced tickets at $3,850, in the upper corner seats at Levi’s Stadium. The middle section seats are anywhere from $4,000 to about $7,000. The big money is in the lower seats, where you’d set yourself back $16,950 for a seat on the 50-yard line.
It’s a similar story over at Ticketmaster’s ticket exchange program, where the lowest-priced tickets are going for $3,800 and above. The lower VIP seats are currently set at over $30,000, which is a great deal if you’re a Broncos or Panthers fan and have the money to spend. Or if you have really good connections at your job.
We’ll be providing updates on the changing ticket prices in the lead-up to Super Bowl 50.
