3 things to argue about this Thanksgiving

There are plenty of arguments to go around!

Thanksgiving is a time for families to get together to eat, enjoy each other’s company, and argue about football and their political beliefs.

This year, America was blessed with plenty of other things to disagree about! So take a break from talking about the election and disagree about this stuff instead.

1. Aretha Franklin’s national anthem

Aretha sang the anthem for Minnesota Vikings-Detroit Lions. It took her 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

It was too long for some, but others knew that you can’t rush art.

2. Apple’s Frankenstein holiday commercial

Apple released a new emotion-inducing commercial this week. You can watch it here. Some people don’t like having feelings when they’re watching football.

Others don’t seem to mind. Or maybe they just can’t tell through all the tears.

3. Eric Church’s halftime performance

He sang during the Washington-Dallas Cowboys game. It was a .... divisive performance.

But in the end, there was something on which we could all agree.

Andy Grammer was terrible.

But then, of course, someone had to get all political and bring up the Constitution:
