2017 NFL Draft order: Browns, 49ers, Bears, and Jaguars just can’t find wins

The Browns are 0-12 and just a few more losses away from locking up the No. 1 pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

The order at the top of the 2017 NFL Draft has held steady for several weeks now because the same thing keeps happening every Sunday. The Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, Chicago Bears, and Jacksonville Jaguars all keep losing.

With a 27-13 loss to the New York Giants, the Browns fell to 0-12 and inched one game closer to becoming only the second team to finish 0-16 in a season. But the team still hasn’t clinched even a top-five draft pick because nobody else can find wins, either.

The 49ers’ last win was in Week 1, the Jaguars’ in Week 6, and the Bears’ in Week 8.

None of the four teams won at all in November, and that means they’re all are still in the race for the No. 1 pick, although Cleveland has a death grip on it as long as it keeps losing. With a Week 13 bye, the Browns could get a step closer if the 49ers are able to shake a 10-game losing streak against the Bears.

With five weeks left to play, here’s the order for the first 20 picks in the 2017 NFL Draft:
