With the top position in the AFC South on the line, the Indianapolis Colts were one big play from taking a third-quarter lead over the Houston Texans. Trailing 16-10 and facing 3rd-and-goal from the Houston 3-yard line, Andrew Luck dropped back to pass ... only to be blindsided by Texans’ pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney.
Jadeveon Clowney preserved the Texans’ lead with this beautiful strip sack of Andrew Luck
The Colts were in position to take control, and then Clowney wrecked Andrew Luck.

Clowney used his speed and strength to curl around tight end Dwayne Allen and hit Luck just before he began his passing motion to send the ball cascading to the turf. Whitney Mercilus fell on the ball to give Houston possession and snuff out Indianapolis’s scoring threat.
The strip sack wasn’t the first time Clowney had forced Luck into a mistake Sunday. The third-year linebacker also pressured the Pro Bowl quarterback into a floating pass Andre Hal intercepted in the first quarter. The turnover gave Houston the ball at the Indianapolis 18 yard line; six plays later, Nick Novak kicked a 21-yard field goal to tie the game at 3-3.
