The Green Bay Packers topped the Chicago Bears, 30-27, thanks in large part to this bomb from Aaron Rodgers to Jordy Nelson.

That was a beautifully executed 60-yarder that set up the Packers for a field goal to win. Did I mention this was all in the last 30 seconds of the game? Just awesome.
