Some people thought it was a mistake when the NFL Network flashed a graphic comparing Alabama running back Derrick Henry’s measurables from the NFL Combine with those of all-universe pass rushing linebacker Von Miller. Henry’s a running back; Miller’s a linebacker. But that missed the point.
Derrick Henry’s closest physical comparison is ... Von Miller?
No, that’s not a typo. It’s a testament to just how dang big and strong and fast Henry is.

When you look at the side-by-side comparison of the two players it gives you an idea of just how big and strong and fast both of these guys are. Tackling Henry is pretty much like tackling a linebacker. And we already know just how dang hard it is to stop Von Miller.
The comparison goes beyond their height, weight and 40 time too. Check it out:

In case the numbers don’t convince you, perhaps this will.
He once flipped over Michigan State defensive lineman Shilique Calhoun with a vicious stiff-arm.
Henry is expected to be one of the first running backs picked in the draft this year. Now you know why.
