NFL Draft 2016 live stream: How to watch Day 3 live online

The third day of the NFL Draft is scheduled to begin with back-to-back picks for the Browns.

Chuck Anderson-USA TODAY Sports

The 2016 NFL Draft will wrap up on Saturday and unlike the first two days, you won't have to wait until primetime to settle in. The third day of the draft will begin at noon ET with television coverage carried by both NFL Network and ESPN, and live streaming from Watch ESPN and NFL.com.

It's the Cleveland Browns scheduled to begin the fourth round with back-to-back selections at Nos. 99 and 100 overall, the latter of which was acquired in a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles earlier in April. The final pick on Saturday belongs to the Denver Broncos and it's a compensatory pick that can't be traded, so Mr. Irrelevant is guaranteed to be headed to Denver with the No. 253 overall pick.

There’s still a lot of talent on the board headed into the fourth round, too.

Michigan State’s Connor Cook headlines the list of quarterbacks still on the board, along with Mississippi State’s Dak Prescott, Ohio State’s Cardale Jones and Oregon’s Vernon Davis. One of the best nose tackles in the draft mysteriously slipped out of the first two days too, as Baylor defensive tackle Andrew Billings is still on the board.

The later rounds of the NFL Draft are typically used to build depth and the goal is usually just to find players who are able to make the roster and contribute. The diamonds in the rough -- a la Tom Brady -- are the exception and not the rule, and any time a team can find a player who adds to a roster, that's a good use of a third-day pick.

The mining for late talent will be televised live on both ESPN and NFL Network, but can also be streamed online. Verizon Wireless customers can also watch the drama unfold on their smartphone or tablet with the NFL Mobile app.

How to watch:

Place: Auditorium Theatre, Chicago, Ill.

Time: 12 p.m. ET

TV: ESPN, NFL Network

Streaming: Watch ESPN, NFL.com
