Two wild card playoff games are in the books with two more to go.
NFL playoffs schedule 2017: Dolphins vs. Steelers, Giants vs. Packers on tap for Sunday
The Giants and Steelers will try to avenge regular season losses to the Packers and Dolphins in the Wild Card round on Sunday.
The New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys and Atlanta Falcons are all resting on the bye week as they await the Divisional round.
The first of two games on Sunday will see the Miami Dolphins traveling to Heinz Field to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Dolphins played the Steelers earlier in the season and dominated them on the back of a huge rushing game from running back Jay Ajayi.
Ajayi put up 204 yards on 25 carries with a pair of touchdowns. He was unstoppable, and the Dolphins outgained the Steelers by nearly 100 yards on the ground. The game wasn’t a fluke either, as Ajayi rushed for 1,272 yards this season.
Ryan Tannehill was the Dolphins’ quarterback in the game, throwing for 252 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions. It was a standard performance from him, though he did struggle with interceptions this season. It’s a moot point though, because Tannehill will not be under center on Sunday.
Instead, it will be Matt Moore. Tannehill is out with a sprained left knee but could still return in the Divisional round if the Dolphins advance. Moore will try to outduel Ben Roethlisberger and hope that Ajayi will be able to again outgain Le’Veon Bell on the ground.
Below is all you need to know to watch that game on Sunday.

In the second matchup of the day, the New York Giants will visit Lambeau Field to face the Green Bay Packers. It will also be a rematch of a regular season game. The Packers beat the Giants 23-16 in Week 5.
But it is worth noting that the Giants are familiar with regular season losses followed by immediate playoff wins over the Packers. In 2007 and 2011, the Giants lost to the Packers in the regular season, only to go on and beat the Packers, at Lambeau, in the NFC Championship.
The stakes are a bit lower now with this being a wild card game, and if the Giants win they will still have a long road back to the Super Bowl. The same goes for the Packers.
Fortunately for both teams, they played very well near the end of the season, but their strengths were on different sides of the ball. The Packers finished the regular season ranked fourth in the league in scoring and finished with four consecutive games of 30-plus points. New York, on the other hand, allowed 10 points or fewer in three of their last four games and finished the regular season ranked second with 17.8 points allowed per game.
