NFL weather forecast 2017, Week 4: High and dry

Area of high pressure over the eastern Great Lakes around New York and Pennsylvania will keep most of the games in the NFL in week 4 high and dry. The only problem spots look t be across Florida for the Tampa Game with showers and storms and even some light rain in London for the early game between the Saints and Dolphins.
