The 2018 NFL Pro Bowl is set for Sunday, Jan. 28 from Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla. The rosters for the game will be announced on Tuesday, Dec. 19 live on the NFL Network, beginning at 8 p.m. ET (live streaming via NFL Network and fuboTV).

Fans have been able to vote on their favorite players in addition to the usual assortment of coaches and players to determine who goes to the league’s version of an All-Star game.

The league says each kind of voting — fans, coaches and players — counts for one-third of the decision. The fan voting has taken place, primarily, through Twitter using the #ProBowlVote hashtag, though a traditional online ballot has also been available on NFL.com.

In what seems like a bid for more viewers, this year’s game will be televised nationally by both ABC and ESPN (as well as ESPN Deportes). It’s the first time the game has been on broadcast television since 2003. Only time will tell if that helps with the dropping viewership, which has reached multiple all-time lows in recent years. The ratings last year were worse than the year before, and the worst since 2006.

That said, the Pro Bowl always has enough viewers to keep going. Bad ratings for the NFL are still great ratings for just about anything else, and that includes the Pro Bowl.

This year, the Pro Bowl will feature a matchup between the AFC and NFC, with two “Legends” captains for each side, one on offense and one on defense. LaDainaian Tomlinson will have the offense and Jason Taylor the defense for the AFC. The NFC will be led by Warrick Dunn on offense and Derrick Brooks on defense.
