NFL weather forecast 2017, Week 17: Regular season ends with very cold temperatures

As the 2017 NFL regular season comes to a close, the weather story for New Year’s Eve will be the brutally cold temperatures across the eastern two-thirds of the country. Temperatures will be in the teens and wind chills below zero for many games on Sunday.
