Led by quarterback Tom Brady, the Patriots’ offense has many players who can make game-changing plays. From receiver Julian Edelman to running back LeGarrette Blount, New England has a lot of weapons in its arsenal.
With a win Sunday, Brady will hoist his fifth Vince Lombardi Trophy, and the Patriots will have five Super Bowl victories, as well.
However, Ryan, who is the NFL’s MVP, and the Falcons are standing in the way of New England’s fifth Super Bowl victory. Atlanta’s had the second-ranked offense in 2016, and the 31-year-old quarterback made a lot of big plays for the Falcons.
His go-to receiver, Julio Jones, has also been wreaking havoc in opposing defensive backfields. Not only can Atlanta throw the ball, it has a dangerous rushing attack, as well. Running backs Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman have been lethal all season. Both players can break off long runs and plow over defenders for extra yards.
