After an eventful first round, the NFL Draft returns on Friday night with the second and third rounds scheduled to take place. There’s still a lot of top-tier talent left on the board, and teams will be eager to restock their rosters and fill important needs.

The draft rolls on Friday with the second and third rounds.

Just like Thursday, the draft will be televised on both ESPN and NFL Network. ESPN will air the draft from 7-8 p.m. and then coverage switches to ESPN2. Viewers can stream it online at WatchESPN and Watch NFL Network.
On Thursday night, we saw Myles Garrett head to the Cleveland Browns with the No. 1 overall pick, which was a widely expected move. Things quickly got wacky from there, however, with the Chicago Bears trading away a boatload of picks to get Mitchell Trubisky at No. 2.
The Kansas City Chiefs also made a bold gamble, moving up from No. 27 all the way to No. 10 for Patrick Mahomes. The Houston Texans drafted the third and final quarterback of the first round, trading up to No. 12 for Deshaun Watson.
There are still a bunch of talented players available on the second night of the draft. Dalvin Cook is the best running back left on the board, while other solid players like Malik McDowell, Forrest Lamp, DeShone Kizer, and Budda Baker are still waiting to hear their names called.
There will be no shortage of talent for teams to pick from on Day 2 — do not be surprised if a lot of these players develop into Pro Bowlers down the line.
