Quenton Nelson had zero career carries in his professional and collegiate career coming into Week 11’s game against the Jaguars. That just meant he had six years to plan his touchdown celebration.
The Colts’ keg stand celebration is an instant classic, even if the TD got overturned
Quenton Nelson thought he scored a touchdown, then asked three teammates to grab his legs.

Nelson, the Colts’ All-Pro offensive lineman, took a handoff into the end zone for what was ruled a 1-yard touchdown in the third quarter of the Colts’ win over the Jaguars.
The second-year standout, fully realizing the weight of this moment, made the most of his opportunity:
That’s starting guard Mark Glowinski settling in as a half barrel of what I can only assume in Natural Light. From there, it only takes three other linemen to lift the 330-pound Nelson up into the air for a poorly executed five-second keg stand.
Unfortunately for Nelson, his touchdown was overturned upon review, keeping his career yards-per-rush average at an even 0.0. Indianapolis scored on touchdown pass a play later. Since Nelson had reported in as an eligible receiver on third down, he couldn’t return to the field for his team’s scoring play — resulting in the first missed offensive snap of his career and some well-deserved resting time after taxing his arms via fake chugging.
So congratulations, Nelson. While the officials may have taken away his touchdown, the refs can never erase the moment where you successfully convinced a teammate to cosplay as a keg of beer.
