If you didn’t think it was possible for the Saints and their fans to get any saltier over the end of the NFC Championship, well — brace yourselves. The Rams were utterly outclassed in Super Bowl LIII, and didn’t play anything like they had all season long.

The Rams scored just 3 points, the Patriots are Super Bowl champions again and New Orleans couldn’t be happier. Wide receiver Michael Thomas led the charge.
The missed call at the end of the NFC Championship game directed deserved hate at the NFL by Saints fans, but that translated to the Rams too. Fans were overjoyed that the Rams had been beaten, believing the Saints would have prevailed if they made it to the Super Bowl.
The hate for the Rams was so severe that Saints fans became Patriots fans for a night.
Saints fans are claiming “karma” is the reason the Rams lost. So now we’ll wait and see if relishing in someone else’s loss comes with its own karma.
