The Miami Dolphins face a critical Week 10 game against the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football. With last week’s loss to the Buffalo Bills dropping the Dolphins to 2-6 — four games behind Buffalo in the win column — Miami is seeing their slim playoff hopes fade.

Complicating matters? The Dolphins might be without dynamic WR Tyreek Hill when they take the field Monday night.

The wide receiver missed practice on Friday as he deals with a wrist injury, and was absent from the media portion of practice on Saturday. Speaking with the media on Saturday, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel stated that when it comes to Hill “[i]f his body lets him he’ll play.”

McDaniel would not say whether he was optimistic, or pessimistic, whether Hill will be in the lineup when the Dolphins take on the Rams Monday in Los Angeles.

“I’m optimistic that he’s going to do everything he can,” said McDaniel. “I wouldn’t say I was optimistic or pessimistic.”

The team listed Hill as “questionable” for Monday night’s game.

On the season Hill has 34 receptions for 446 yards and a touchdown.

Fantasy players who have Hill on their rosters may want to have someone else in their lineups on Sunday, given that his status might not be known until sometime before kickoff on Monday night.
