The NFL is back, as the 2024 season officially kicks off Thursday night when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Baltimore Ravens to begin the year. The Chiefs will also honor last season’s team, which won the franchise’s second-straight Super Bowl, and fourth overall.

With the return of the NFL, the most famous football fan on the planet is also back: Taylor Swift.

Swift, whose relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce became a major storyline during the last half of the 2023 NFL season, returned to GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday night as the defending Super Bowl champions began their title defense:

Following Kansas City’s Super Bowl run last year, Kelce joined Swift at several of her performances this summer on the European leg of her “The Eras Tour.” The tight end even participated on stage, as he did during this show in London:

Now we just wait to see if Andy Reid calls one of the plays the global icon has reportedly drawn up for Kelce this season, as Kelce confirmed to Rich Eisen this week on The Rich Eisen Show.
