Week 16 of the 2025 NFL season continues on tonight with a battle of AFC playoff contenders as the New England Patriots visit the Baltimore Ravens at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.

The Patriots let a 21-0 lead slip away in their 35-31 loss to the Bills last Sunday, missing out on a chance to clinch the AFC East title while falling a game behind the Broncos for the top seed in the conference. They still have a chance to secure a playoff berth with a win this evening and we’ll see if running back Rhamondre Stevenson can factor into that effort.

Below, we’ll go over Stevenson’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 16.

Fantasy Football analysis: Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson

Stevenson had a productive outing in last week’s loss to the Bills, toting the ball six times for 50 rushing yards on the ground while also hauling in three targets for 27 receiving yards. This of course paled in comparison to the monster numbers that rookie starter TreVeyon Henderson put up on the ground, but the fifth-year veteran still left his mark on the game.

Stevenson has remained a productive and active member of the Pats’ offense since returning from a toe injury a few weeks back and that’s even with Henderson surging in the second half of the season. He’s been on the field for at least 58% of the offensive snaps over their last two outings, so he’s been steadily in the mix in regards to their gameplan. He hasn’t scored a touchdown since their Week 7 victory over the Titans, so we’ll see if he can end that drought in this primetime matchup.

Start or sit in Week 16?

Start. Something to note is that the Ravens have been extremely vulnerable against pass-catching running backs this season, giving up 75 receptions for 583 receiving yards. That Achilles heel is something the Pats can probably exploit tonight and it wouldn’t be a shock to see Stevenson get a few extra targets out of the backfield. That could make all the difference in his viability as a fantasy commodity this week and I’d go ahead and give him a nod in a Flex spot for this week.
