The Vancouver Canucks won the second period of Sunday night's game against the Chicago Blackhawks, with Christian Ehrhoff and Daniel Sedin each scoring a goal as Chicago's Patrick Sharp also found the net. Sharp scored first on assists by Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane to give Chicago the 2-0 lead, but then Vancouver's offense got going.

Ehrhoff and Sedin scored on goalie Corey Crawford within a minute of each other. Crawford has seen 19 shots on goal tonight, with his counterpart, Roberto Luongo, stopping 23 of 25 efforts.
The penalty minutes difference: 10 to two, with Chicago holding the advantage. The Hawks have turned the puck over over three times as many times as Vancouver has, but are making it up by dominating faceoffs, 26 to 18.
