Canucks Vs. Blackhawks Score: Dave Bolland Ties Game At Two

After helping put the Blackhawks on the board in the first period, Dave Bolland netted his own goal to tie the Canucks at two after two periods of play. Cory Schneider went behind the net to clear the puck, but he put it on the stick of the Hawks' Patrick Kane. Kane slipped it to the front of the net, setting up Bolland to score the equalizer at 15:08 in the period. Schneider allowed the first goal on a similar play, though it was Bolland's hit on Dan Hamhuis that sent the puck to Bryan Bickell for the score.

The Blackhawks had a two-man advantage halfway through the period, but Schneider was able to stop all six shots he faced. Chicago had another power play in the final minutes of the quarter, but the Canucks were able to kill their fourth penalty of the game.

The second period ended with penalties given to each team. Chicago's Brian Campbell received two minutes for cross-checking Henrik Sedin in front of the net. However, Sedin also received two minutes for diving on the play.

Will Chicago complete the comeback in the third period and force a Game 7? Stay tuned.
