Sharks Vs. Kings, Game 6: Both Teams Get On Board, Sharks Score Twice For 2-1 Lead
Both the Kings’ Jonathan Quick and Sharks’ Antti Niemi saw their walls crumble a both teams got on the board. The Sharks scored two and lead the Kings 2-1 at the end of the period.
Kyle Wellwood kicked off the scoring at the 2:58 mark for the Sharks.
The Kings converted a power play to even things up, thanks to Justin Williams.
Jason Demers put San Jose back on top at 16:52 with an assist from Joe Pavelski and Torrey Mitchell.
Quick still has 27 saves on the night while Niemi is catching up with 17.
