Tyler Seguin hadn't played a postseason game until Saturday night, when his Boston Bruins hosted the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. With the absence of Patrice Bergeron due to concussion, Seguin finally got his chance, and he seemed to make the most of it.

He made Mike Lundin look like quite the fool there, didn't he?
A couple things stand out here. For starters, he clearly didn't get everything on the shot, but that's actually what may have beaten Dwayne Roloson. Of utmost importance, though, it's a bunch of third line players out there, and if Seguin can show that kind of skill on the third line for the Bruins, that'll be a huge help when it comes to replacing Bergeron.
... but seriously, Lundin and Marc-Andre Bergeron need to be better there. Hell of a goal for Seguin, but that's embarrassing if you're a Tampa defenseman.
Ultimately, of course, it didn’t matter, as the Bolts won Game 1 by a final of 5-2. Still, there’s this small bit of good to take out of it for the B’s. Maybe Seguin can be a player this year after all.
