Swedish Hockey standings 2012: HV71 leads Elitserien, Leksands IF atop HockeyAllsvenskan

Club HV71 currently leads the Swedish Elite League with 36 points and holds a three-point lead over second place Luleå. HV71 has amassed an overall record of 10-3-3 through 16 games and has a goal differential of plus-16 (they are currently tied with fourth-place club Skellefteå for the second-most goals in the league with 48).

Third-place club Linköpings has scored the most goals in the league with 50, but are also tied for the most goals against with 48. The club is tied with HV71 for the most wins in the league and sit five points back of first place.

In HockeyAllsvenskan, Leksands IF leads the league in points with 34 in 15 games played. They currently have a one-point lead over second place BIK Karlskoga and a five-point lead over third-place club VIK Västerås HK.
