Taylor Hall Injury: Oilers Star To Have Shoulder Surgery, Miss Remainder Of Season
Taylor Hall will miss the remaining six games of the Edmonton Oilers season after going under the knife for shoulder surgery. He should be ready for the start of the 2012-13 season.

Oilers general manager Steve Tambellini made the announcement on Tuesday afternoon, stating that recovery is expected to take about five-to-six months. Hall should be ready for next season.
“I injured it in Junior and it’s been wearing away,” Hall said. “I’ve been playing with a pretty bad shoulder for most of this year and I’m excited to see what I can do after it’s fixed. It’s not the way I envisioned my career starting, but I hope to stay healthy after this and stay a good Oiler for a long time.”
Hall wraps up his sophomore season with 27 goals and 26 assists in 53 games played.
