The Buffalo Sabres have charged to just outside of the Eastern Conference playoff picture, but Winnipeg’s win over them at MTS Centre on Monday stopped them in their tracks, at least for a night.

Fleury would not allow another goal, as he slammed the door shut on Phoenix the rest of the way.
