On Sunday afternoon, the Phoenix Coyotes came to terms on a two-year contract with unrestricted free agent David Moss. The 30-year old winger has spent all six of his years in the NHL with the Calgary Flames, who drafted him with the No. 220 overall selection in the 2001 Entry Draft.

Over that time, Moss has accumulated 61 goals and 63 assists for 124 career points in 317 games.

Plagued by injuries for the majority of his career, Moss has played less than 65 games in all but one season (in 2008-09, he played 81 games; it was his only injury free season to date).

In 2011-12, Moss sustained an ankle injury that ultimately required surgery and forced him to miss 47 games while recovering. He registered two goals and seven assists in 32 games last season.

At the time of this writing, financial terms had not yet been disclosed.
