Olli Jokinen rebounded from a decline to have one of his best NHL seasons in 2011-12. He's parlayed that play into a new contract — and a good one.
Olli Jokinen, Jets Agree To 2-Year, $9 Million Deal
Olli Jokinen’s late-career renaissance has earned him a two-year deal with the Winnipeg Jets.

TSN reports that Jokinen is headed to Winnipeg as the recipient of a two-year, $9 million deal from the Jets. He's coming off a 23-goal, 61-point season as one of the few bright spots on a Calgary Flames roster, his best since 2007's 71-point performance with the Florida Panthers.
Heading to Winnipeg will mean Jokinen is in the Southeast Division again for the first time since 2007 — but just a two-hour flight from Calgary.
