Colorado Avalanche coach Patrick Roy denies that he yelled at players on the Anaheim Ducks, according to Adrian Dater of the Denver Post.

Patrick Roy says Bruce Boudreau lied about him yelling at players on the Anaheim Ducks.
Roy was involved in a highly publicized altercation with Anaheim Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau that occurred at the end of Wednesday night's contest. The conflict revolved around Roy's frustration with a questionable hit on Nathan MacKinnon and Boudreau taking exception to Roy yelling at his players.
In the wake of the incident, Roy told Dater that Boudreau’s accusations are untrue and that he would never yell at players on an opposing team, via The Denver Post:
“What Boudreau said was all lies,” Roy said. “I don’t talk to players, I respect all the players. I’m certainly not going to get too involved in this one, but when you talk about classless - when you’re lying, this is classless.”
The incident has garnered a great deal of attention and has resulted in rival coaches being asked about the situation. Nashville Predators coach Barry Trotz stated that he doesn't support a coach yelling at rival players, via The Tennessean:
“I can tell you this, there’s no room for coaches yelling at opposition players in this league. That’s not professional and it shouldn’t be tolerated. I’d hate to see (St. Louis Rams coach) Jeff Fisher, who is a friend of mine, yapping at some football player, and he comes over and whacks him. There’s no place for that in the game, and I don’t think it should be tolerated at all. If you want to be professional, we’re the best league in the world, we’re the classiest league in the world, and we should act that way.”
The Predators play the Avalanche on Friday night.
San Jose Sharks coach Todd McLellan said he has never pushed the boards in frustration:

Roy was fined $10,000 for the incident and has stated that he now understands league policy on the matter but will always defend his players.
