Avs lose game and Duchene
James Guillory-USA TODAY SportsLosing Duchene would only hasten Colorado’s downwards spiral. After starting the season 14-2, the Avalanche have lost three in a row and four in their last five games. Duchene was a huge catalyst for the strong start with 12 goals and 20 points through 19 games. Colorado doesn’t play again until Tuesday, so we’ll probably know more about the extent of the injury on Sunday morning.
