After leaving Chicago's game against Colorado on Tuesday night early in the first period, Blackhawks forward Bryan Bickell will be out "a couple of weeks" with a lower body injury, coach Joel Quenneville announced on Thursday morning.
Bryan Bickell injury: Blackhawks forward out several weeks
Chicago Blackhawks forward Bryan Bickell will miss a couple of weeks with a lower body injury.

Bickell was injured just 10 minutes into game, when he crashed into the net and had to be helped off the ice.
In 22 games this season Bickell has scored five goals to go with one assist.
The Blackhawks signed him to a four-year, $16 million contract this summer after his breakout postseason performance. Bickell was a huge part of Chicago's Stanley Cup run last season when he scored nine goals and added eight assists in 23 playoff games. Considering that he had scored more than nine goals in a full season just one time in his career, it was one of the most unexpected performances in the postseason.
To replace Bickell's spot in the lineup the Blackhawks called up Jeremy Morin from Rockford of the American Hockey League.
