After being ravaged with injuries to start the season, the New York Rangers are finally starting to heal up. The latest Blueshirt to make progress is Rick Nash, who skated briefly before Saturday's practice.
Rick Nash injury update: Rangers forward skates, is symptom-free
Nash’s recovery from a concussion is finally showing signs of progress.

Nash has been recovering from a concussion he suffered on Oct. 8, when San Jose Sharks defenseman Brad Stuart injured him with a high hit. He's missed the last 13 games, and there's no timetable for his return.
While Nash did not participate in the full team practice, he said his recovery is finally starting to show signs of progress.
Nash says he's been symptom free for two days. Taking it day by day. Only symptom was headaches.

GM Glen Sather was on hand for his team’s practice, and admitted that while Nash’s absence is “a big loss”, he still has a ways to go before he’s even cleared for contact.
“Obviously, he’s on the road to recovery, he wouldn’t be skating (otherwise),” Sather added. “He still has a ways to go. He’s still got to get back into condition.”
Any good news about Nash is great for the Rangers, considering there weren't any updates about his condition just two days ago. The Rangers are 6-4-0 over their last ten games, which has a lot to do with the return of injured forwards Ryan Callahan and Carl Hagelin. However, coach Alain Vigneault confirmed that forward Taylor Pyatt suffered a concussion on Thursday against the Blue Jackets.
The Rangers aren’t out of the woods yet, but seeing Nash out on the ice had to be a nice change of pace.
