Kevin Poulin was outstanding in net for the New York Islanders on Tuesday night when they snapped their 10-game losing streak with a win in San Jose, making 46 saves in a 3-2 shootout win. He was perhaps the only reason that game wasn't a rout for San Jose.
Keith Yandle can’t believe this Kevin Poulin glove save
Kevin Poulin was making big saves for the Islanders on Thursday night, much to the chagrin of Coyotes defenseman Keith Yandle.

He picked up where he left off when the Islanders hit the ice against the Phoenix Coyotes on Thursday and made a couple of sensational saves in the first period, including this sprawling glove save on Mike Ribeiro.
Even better than the save: The reaction from Coyotes defenseman Keith Yandle out near the blue.
The good news for Yandle? He did actually beat Poulin in the first period for his fourth goal of the season to tie the game at one, and the Coyotes added two more to take a two-goal lead.
