The Dallas Stars took care of the Winnipeg Jets on the road again with a 6-4 victory on Saturday thanks to a sweet pair of breakaway goals from youngsters Valeri Nichushkin and Colton Sceviour.
Stars vs. Jets: Nichushkin, Sceviour score breakaway goals in win
Dallas routed Winnipeg yet again thanks to an offensive onslaught.

Just minutes after the Jets had tied the game at 1-1 in the first period, Nichushkin simply waded into the Jets zone for one of the prettiest breakaway goals of the year.
If you’ll remember, Nichushkin is the guy who dropped to 10th overall in the draft because . . . well, there never really was a good reason, and there certainly doesn’t seem to be a worthy one right now.
Not to be outdone, Sceviour scored the first goal of his career in the third to give the Stars a commanding sixth goal of the game.

Note to the rest of the league: Don’t give the Stars open ice. They will burn you.
