The Nashville Predators (8-6-5) will host the Dallas Stars (9-8-1) at Bridgestone Arena on Monday night.
Stars vs. Predators preview: Nashville looks to end scoring drought against Dallas

It will mark the first of three meetings between the clubs this season.
Nashville will be entering the night having failed to scored a goal in two consecutive games. Having last scored in overtime against the Detroit Red Wings last Tuesday, the club currently stands at a perfect 120 minutes without a goal for.
Failing by a final score of 1-0 against the Vancouver Canucks on Friday and then following up the effort with a 4-0 loss against the Red Wings on Saturday, the Predators will look to end the drought against the Stars on Monday.
Goal scoring is something that the Stars have proven capable of doing this season. Despite ranking 18th in the league in average goals per game (2.56), the Stars have managed to score three goals or more in nine straight games. The club will be entering the night off a 3-1 victory over the San Jose Sharks on Saturday night.
Jamie Benn and Michael Ryder will both carry two-game goal streaks into the contest. Ryder is also in the midst of a five-game point streak, registering two goals and four assists over that span.
Monday night’s game is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m., ET and will be televised nationally on NBC Sports Network.
