Kris Letang injury: Pittsburgh defenseman out with lower-body injury
Letang missed most of Sunday’s game after getting injured in the first period.

Kris Letang, the current scoring leader among defensemen, suffered an injury in the final minutes of the first period that kept him out of the rest of the game.
The team isn’t being any more specific than saying that Letang injured his “lower-body,” so here’s footage of the play that caused the injury. Take a look and see if you can tell how and where Letang got hurt:

Was it Brad Marchand's stick that injured Letang? His skate? Something else? It's too difficult to tell, and the team isn't saying anything so far.
Rob Rossi, Penguins beat reporter, had a bit more information on Twitter:
No word yet on whether Letang will miss any more time with the injury, whatever it is. The next game for the Penguins is Tuesday against the Washington Capitals.
